Kathy A. Ganley

Senior Director of Tax Services

Ms. Ganley received her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s College and her Master of Science in Taxation from Georgetown University. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1986 and is a current member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining Cardoni Waddell, LLC, she was a tax partner with a national firm and was the partner-in-charge of the local office tax practice. She spent nearly 20 years at her former firm and she specialized in tax planning and compliance for closely held businesses and their owners.

In 2003, Kathy was recognized by The Daily Record as one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women. She is also a graduate of Leadership Howard County. Kathy has been involved in various community and service organizations during the course of her career. Some of the more recent positions include Co-chair of the Special Events Committee for Leadership Howard County, member of the Leadership Howard County Class Selection Committee, Assistant Treasurer for the Trinity School Home & School Association, Coach of a Trinity School boy’s basketball team, member of Network 2000, member of the Trinity School Board of Trustees serving as Chair of the Finance Committee and Treasurer of the Trinity Athletic Committee. Aside from her community involvement, she has a wonderful husband and 2 active sons.
